Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualificationsService Technician experience requiredASE Certification preferredB level qualificationsExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityTeam playerMust have a valid driver’s licenseAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
