We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding team in Mount Carroll, Illinois!

- MD or DO, board certified or board eligible.
- Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program.

We offer a competitive initial salary guarantee that transitions to a production-based model after the first year, along with an exceptional benefits package:
- Salary Range: $285,000 - $350,000.
