This role balances technical expertise, preventative maintenance and responsive guest service to minimize downtime, control costs and protect the asset—all while ensuring brand standards and life-safety requirements are consistently met.Essential Functions:Perform and oversee daily maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and public areas.Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water heaters and lighting.Execute a structured preventative maintenance program.Prioritize repairs that directly impact guest satisfaction and QA scores.Ensure compliance with fire and life safety systems.Manage call coverage for evenings, weekends and emergencies.Reduce downtime and service calls through proactive maintenance.Respond quickly to guest maintenance issues with professionalism and a service-first mindset.Work closely with other departments, including front office and housekeeping, to enhance the guest experience.Coordinate specialized vendors as needed and monitor contractor work to ensure safety, quality and cost expectations.What are we looking for?Compensation:$70,000.00 - $95,000.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
