Join a growing, team-oriented company as a CNC Machine Operator (Turning) in our Turning and Milling departments! We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts .
- 1st Shift: 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) or 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday)
- Night & Weekend Shifts: Premium pay available
- Load, operate, and monitor CNC machines throughout the shift
- Expected to operate multiple machines independently after training (typically 1 week)
- Conduct regular part inspections and maintain quality documentation
- Deburr, clean, and package finished parts for the next production stages
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Regularly lift up to 40 lbs
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Experience with Haas mills, Haas lathes, or Doosan lathes (Fanuc control) preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical prints and shop routes
- Familiarity with or ability to learn inspection tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and solid communication skills
