Maintenance Technician

Summary 2nd & 3rd Shifts Only Repairs and corrects machine issues to keep cells running. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Undergo an extensive training program around Flowforming, to include the following: Diagnose and repair of flowformers Trouble shooting and fixing of Flowform process Programming- understand key characteristics of the Flowforming process and their effects on part quality/features. Develop controls knowledge, with a detailed training plan, working directly with controls Assist maintenance manager with administrative duties (spares inventory, spares ordering, PM management, ) Performing Machine Repair Performing Preventive Maintenance Assisting with production needs Diagnose machine issues and develop repair Help diagnose, develop, and implement predictive maintenance Work with shift leader(s) to prioritize and complete maintenance Continued mentoring and support in the development of fellow maintenance Other duties, as assigned Qualifications / Experience / Education Agree to Employee Handbook Pass pre-employment screening (e.g., drug test, background check) Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers. Ability to lift 50lbs. Proven track record of troubleshooting Minimum 5 years of proven industrial maintenance experience with basic blueprint reading skills, CNC controls, lathes, mills required.
