Creative Operations Officer

To streamline creative and operational processes, the full-time Creative Operations Officer will manage workflows, documentation, and systems for globally recognized media and entertainment brands in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Map messy processes, identify bottlenecks, and structure workflows for clear communication and delivery Build and improve Airtable bases and lightweight project management systems to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present process improvements and support workflows post-launch Required qualifications Proven experience in managing workflows, processes, or operational projects effectively Strong structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and measure success Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools, with a focus on building and improving workflows Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate system changes to non-technical stakeholders
