The VP, Pediatrics Long-Term Care Operations will join a mission-driven healthcare organization known for exceptional pediatric outcomes and a culture grounded in measurable quality and safety excellence. The VP, Pediatrics Long-Term Care Operations will oversee one of the largest pediatric long-term care and skilled nursing centers in the U.S., caring for medically complex children and young adults; consistently earns the highest CMS Five-Star Quality Rating for overall quality, staffing, health inspections, and quality measures; nationally recognized leader in pediatric post-acute care; unique integrated care model combining pediatric long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, on-site special education, and family support services. This integrated children’s care campus blends clinical services, therapeutic programming, and on-site education to deliver holistic, life-changing care for residents and families. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP, Pediatrics Long-Term Care Operations will serve as Administrator of Record and provide executive oversight of nursing, medical services, quality, school programming, and operational leaders. The VP will drive strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, workforce engagement, and quality improvement while supporting a collaborative team of nurses, educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence. Candidates who receive quick interviews will have their Master’s degree in health care administration or related field, as well as a current New York State Nursing Home Administrator License.
