Maintenance Director

Meadow Grove, a skilled nursing facility located in Grove City, OH, is looking for a qualified Maintenance Director to join our beautiful facility. In this role you will work closely with the Administrator to complete both short‑ and long‑term maintenance tasks while ensuring residents are cared for on a daily basis. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Administrator to plan and execute short‑term and long‑term maintenance projects. Maintain regulatory compliance with the Ohio Department of Health, NFPA guidelines, and Life Safety Code requirements. Ensure all maintenance work meets Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and ODH expectations. Support facility operations and resident safety by prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of NFPA regulations. Knowledge and understanding of the Life Safety Code. Knowledge and understanding of Ohio Department of Health regulations.
