You're proactive. You see around corners. You jump at leading indicators to action things. You know how to hold your own in a room. You understand how marketing and sales works + can "talk the talk" when it comes to clients who are buying leads and working them

You will own:

Client onboarding

Early + often check ins for first 90 days

Diagnostic and maintainance calls

Client retention

Lead return processing / lead quality investigations

Upsells and marketing budget raises

Work cross-functionally with lead production + verification teams

Ideal Background

• 3+ years as an Account Manager (preferably within B2B, Sales or Marketing) or Client Delivery Manager
• Have a strong background in B2B Sales, marketing and lead generation: You understand the product we're selling to clients. xhyhwjd
• A track record of reducing churn and upselling accounts
• Comfort with conflict: Direct, calm, firm
• Strong written communication, high precision, no fluff
• The instinct to build light process so the company stops relying on heroics
• People genuinely like you and you know your worth

You are wrong for this if

• You're a "people pleaser" who thinks "the customer is always right"
• You 're averse to having hard conversations that help a partnership
• You prefer a slow-paced, large-company/BPO type environment
• You don't like to be hands on and independent
