Key Responsibilities Of The HR Coordinator Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple locations, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately Maintain HRIS records, update employee information, and monitor onboarding workflows through completion Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience Track hiring and onboarding metrics while utilizing Excel and internal systems to maintain accurate records Qualifications For The HR Coordinator 1 year of HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or related experience Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or onboarding platforms Work Environment for the HR Coordinator Fast-paced, high-volume Talent Acquisition environment Collaborative team culture that values communication and teamwork Opportunity to work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams This HR Coordinator opportunity is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative coordination, process management, and supporting large-scale hiring initiatives.
