The Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join CPE's rapidly growing team to support our marketing, communications, events, and brand initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to make an impact across a wide range of marketing activities. You'll collaborate with teammates throughout the organization, support projects and events, help shwcase CPE's work, and gain exposure to many facets of marketing.

Key Responsibilities As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in bringing CPE's marketing efforts to life. You'll work across projects, events, content, digital channels, and day-to-day marketing operations-keeping details organized, timelines on track, and the team moving forward.

• Keep marketing projects moving. Coordinate schedules, task lists, approvals, files, and follow-up activities to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Help create memorable events and experiences. Support conferences, trade shows, customer events, open houses, sponsorships, and company meetings from planning through execution. Coordinate registrations, shipments, vendors, signage, supplies, attendee communications, and on-site coordination.
• Bring the CPE brand to life. Draft, format, and proofread social media posts, emails, flyers, presentations, case studies, project profiles, announcements, and sales materials while maintaining CPE's brand standards and voice.
• Tell the CPE story across digital channels. Gather and curate project information, photography, employee updates, and other content to keep website pages, business listings, social channels, and other digital assets current and engaging. Spot outdated or inconsistent information and help get it corrected.
• Keep marketing organized and connected. Maintain the marketing calendar, CRM event records, shared files, contact lists, photo library, templates, and approved brand assets so the team can easily find and use what they need.
• Manage branded materials and marketing supplies. Coordinate apparel, promotional products, print materials, signage, and event supplies. Obtain quotes, manage proofs and approvals, track production, monitor inventory, and confirm deliveries.
• Support marketing communications. Assist with email campaigns, audience/list preparation, basic reporting, and follow-up to help the team reach the right audience with the right message.
• Help manage marketing budgets and expenses. Process purchase requests and invoices, maintain budget trackers, and keep supporting documentation organized and up to date.
• Get out into the field. Travel locally and occasionally overnight for branch visits, project photography, company events, and industry events-giving you opportunities to see CPE's work and people firsthand.

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is organized, curious, dependable, and comfortable working in dynamic environment. You don't have to know everything on day one. What matters most is that you're a strong communicator, enjoy getting things done, and take pride in the details.

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field-or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Marketing Background: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, administrative project support, or a related field required.
• Preferred Industry Experience: Direct experience in a related industry (construction, architecture, engineering, equipment rental, industrial, etc.) is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce or another CRM, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems.
• Creative Skills: Basic experience with photography, video, social media, or graphic production.
• Communications: Strong writing, proofreading, organization, customer service and people skills.
• Organizational Abilities: A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of deadlines or next steps.
• Work Ethic: Ability to follow established processes, take initiative, solve problems, and work independently while knowing when to ask questions.
• Events: Experience with trade shows, corporate events, promotional products, or print production is a plus.
• Credentials: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Work Environment: Ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ with flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or overnight travel as needed.
