Urologist Position at St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates

St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Urologist with fellowship training or extensive experience in urologic oncology to join our high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program in Albany, New York, with a primary focus on advanced bladder cancer cases, radical cystectomy, urinary diversion, and state-of-the-art robotic surgical techniques.

The provider will:

• Manage a high-volume bladder cancer population, including muscle-invasive and complex disease cases
• Perform radical cystectomy and urinary diversion procedures
• Utilize advanced robotic surgical techniques (DaVinci Xi and DV5 robots)
• Operate in a practice supported by in-house PAs for inpatient care and OR first-assisting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer program spanning three states
• Work primarily at St. Peter's Hospital with dedicated block time on robotic platforms
• Participate in clinical decision-making, patient consultations, and follow-up care
• Maintain high standards of patient care, documentation, and outcomes

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $375,000 – $410,000 annually
• Starting bonus: $50,000
