Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as System/Business Analyst for migration and modernization of legacy WebSphere and Struts applications to cloud-native microservices
- Gather and document user requirements, business workflows, and system processes
- Translate legacy application logic into clear, actionable user stories for development teams
- Review and interpret frontend architectures, cloud environments, and API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI) to ensure technical compatibility
- Collaborate closely with development teams to test new microservices and validate API functionality
- Ensure the modernized system meets all documented business requirements and criteria
- Leverage core business analysis skills to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
