Description Seeking passionate people persons to join our team as Bartenders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to brighten someone's day by providing an outstanding guest experience, we want to hear from you. Requirements: Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Most be able to work the evenings and weekends How to Succeed: Wow guests by anticipating their needs and going the extra mile Take pride in setting up and executing events flawlessly Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment Follow instructions quickly and carefully Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance Help ensure adherence to all policies and procedures Be willing to accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth Always aim for exceptional guest service and satisfaction Must be able to stand for long periods of time (5 hours or more per day) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
