Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This is a night shift position, working from 18:45 to 07:15, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation unit. The candidate will provide specialized care to patients recovering from serious injuries and illnesses, including stroke, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries. The role requires a strong commitment to maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life through intense rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document care provided and maintain accurate electronic health records.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred but not required.
