Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Northern California offer a 13-week contract in a skilled nursing facility setting with 8-hour day shifts and a guaranteed 36 hours per week. You must have a current California PT license and at least 1 year of SNF experience. Casamba experience is highly preferred. You must be open to floating between locations, and drive time and mileage between client worksites during your shift are paid according to current IRS guidelines. In this role, you will assess patients, develop individualized therapy plans, deliver hands-on treatment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and mobility.
