Make a meaningful impact with a team that values ambition and rewards initiative.The Human Resource Manager is responsible for implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned region. This is accomplished by collaborating with regional managers and other members of the human resources team.The human resource manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.Assists and supports regional efforts to recruit and hireManages the onboarding processPromotes retention efforts through positive co-worker relationsParticipates in HR continuous improvement activitiesSupports compliance effortsParticipates in HR department activitiesParticipates in training/certificationsBachelor's degree in HR management or related field and 5 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional certification in human resource management (PHR or SPHR) preferred. Prior experience in construction preferred.
