Skilled Registered Nurse

Are you an experienced RN leader who knows skilled home care and wants the opportunity to help build and lead a growing clinical department? Love and Loyalty Home Care is seeking a strong, experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and provide clinical leadership for our skilled care division. This is not simply a nursing position. We are looking for someone who understands skilled nursing, clinical assessments, admissions, plans of care, documentation, compliance, and clinical operations and is prepared to help us build a high-performing skilled care program. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and oversee our skilled nursing program and clinical operations. Oversee clinical intake, admissions, assessments, plans of care, and nursing documentation. Review referrals, medical records, hospital discharge documentation, and physician orders. Help determine appropriate skilled services for incoming patients. Establish and maintain clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and quality standards. Train, supervise, and support RNs and LPNs working within the skilled care department. Ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, timely, and compliant. Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor clinical quality and patient outcomes. Partner with executive leadership to strategically grow the skilled care division. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are provided. Strong clinical nursing background. Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to confidently oversee nurses and clinical operations. Strongly Preferred: Home health or skilled home care experience. Skilled nursing, private duty nursing, hospital, rehabilitation, or comparable clinical experience. Nursing leadership or supervisory experience. Experience with clinical intake, admissions, plans of care, physician orders, and EMR documentation. WHY LOVE AND LOYALTY HOME CARE?
