Role Overview Zales Outlet is now hiring seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time Sales Consultants to join our sales team. You will provide a superior experience to our valued customers and help them celebrate life and express love. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires. Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products. Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options. Meet individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Desire to help our customers celebrate special moments in their lives. Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication and relational skills. Benefits Base pay, $17.00 – $25.60 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
