Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines including PICC line management.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac telemetry rhythms and dysrhythmias.
• Implement care plans and ensure compliance with established medical protocols.
• Float between units as needed across Cone Health campuses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU/IMC/Stepdown nursing.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred.
• Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation and cardiac telemetry required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
