Field Marketing Manager We are partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Field Marketing Manager supporting its growing Private Wealth business. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role responsible for bringing marketing programs to life across key markets. You'll work directly with advisor teams and regional leadership to support launches, events, and campaigns that drive visibility and client engagement. The BasicsLocation: New York, NY (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend or convertHours: 40 hours per weekTravel: Up to 75 percent across key marketsRequired Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or campaign execution * Experience in financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries preferred * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once * Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience building clear, client-facing presentations * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities * Willingness and ability to travel frequentlyKey Responsibilities * Execute marketing activations across markets, including advisor team launches, events, webinars, and local campaigns * Manage timelines, logistics, and coordination to ensure programs are delivered successfully * Serve as a primary marketing contact for advisor teams and regional leadership * Partner with internal teams including brand, content, media, and events to support campaign execution * Submit and manage campaign requests, track progress, and ensure alignment with internal processes * Monitor performance, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively flag risks or issues * Travel to key markets to support on-site execution and engagementIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
