Job Description Bank of America is seeking a client-facing team member to engage customers in the lobby, educate them on electronic banking tools, process cash transactions, and provide deep conversations about their financial needs. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results. Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships. Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Communicates effectively and confidently; comfortable engaging all clients. Adaptable and learns new information and technology platforms. Confident in educating clients on simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies. Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Follows established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank. Efficiently manages time and capacity. Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client. Able to work weekends, extended hours, and be scheduled at any financial center location within reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
