About the JobAre you looking for a hands-on job in a clean, modern manufacturing facility? As a Machine Operator, you will help make high-quality automotive parts using advanced equipment. No extensive manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person who is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to learn.
What You'll Do- Operate production machines and equipment.
- Load and unload parts from machines.
- Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Monitor machines and report problems to supervisors.
- Complete simple production and quality paperwork.
- Help with machine changeovers and setup activities.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to follow directions and safety rules.
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
- Stand and walk for most of your shift.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Use hands frequently to handle parts and materials.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
