Job: Receptionist - EmmUcare Home Health
Location: In person
Pay: $12-$14 an hour

What You’ll Do

• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, return voicemails, and monitor the Call Dashboard.
• Provide courteous assistance to clients, caregivers, families, and medical supply customers.
• Schedule and update appointments, including rescheduling and cancellations.
• Organize documents, enter information accurately, and maintain electronic and paper records.
• Review incoming communications and distribute documents to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with medical supply store operations and monitor office supplies.
• Keep the front desk and shared office spaces organized and ready for visitors.
• Use printers, copiers, scanners, and office software to complete daily tasks.
• Communicate concerns promptly, protect confidential information, and assist with projects assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

• Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer service.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize several tasks.

• Basic computer skills and comfort using email, office software, and standard office equipment.
