Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with a track record of increasing responsibility and demonstrated career progression in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in full-cycle accounts payable, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, approval routing, and payment processing. Maintain vendor records, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner. Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals. Assist in month-end close by preparing AP accruals and account reconciliations. Support internal and external audit requests related to AP activity. Mentor junior AP team members and provide process guidance as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is strongly preferred. Demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility in accounting roles.
