Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce diagnostic images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams. This role is based in Rensselaer, IN at a hospital facility. Candidates will work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• National credential from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). RDCS (Echo) preferred as client-required certification.
• BLS certification.
• More than 1 year of echocardiography experience; client indicates at least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and stress echocardiograms.
• Experience with Philips ultrasound equipment and Epic electronic medical record preferred by the facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a hospital radiology or cardiology department. This is preferred, not required.
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient echo protocols. This is preferred, not required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 08:00–16:30 (client reports M–F 8–4:30 pm and weekend hours listed as 8–4:30 pm for weekend coverage).
• Call requirements: None.
• Float requirements: None.
