MPH is looking for a Critical Access Hospital Emergency Room RN in Fraser, CO. Location: Located in the Colorado Rockies, 90 minutes west of Denver. Work in a brand-new Critical Access Hospital in WinterPark/Fraser, CO, adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park Ski Area. Job Overview Trauma Level IV Emergency Department. Preference for candidates with Critical Access Hospital experience. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, utilizing accepted standards and protocols of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN). It is responsible for achieving patient outcomes through clinical pathway implementation. Shift & Schedule Night shifts: 3 12‑hour shifts per week. Call shifts: 2 call shifts per 6 weeks. Holidays and on‑call coverage required. Some coverage in Granby or Kremmling may be required. Benefits Housing: Shared housing may be available based on capacity, with inclusive rate reduction.
