Client Services Specialist (Remote) (United States)

We’re hiring Client Services Specialists to work with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance and financial protection options. You’ll speak with prospective clients, understand their needs, explain available coverage, and help them through the application process.

This is a client-facing life insurance sales position with commission-based compensation. No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Communicate with clients by phone or video
• Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
• Explain available life insurance and financial protection options
• Help clients evaluate coverage and complete the application process
• Maintain organized follow-up and ongoing communication
• Build positive, professional client relationships

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based compensation. Earnings are performance-based and depend on individual activity and production.
