Executive Sales Consultant (Cleveland, OH) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Sports

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Executive Sales Consultant for its Cleveland, OH territory to develop surgeon and account relationships within orthopedic sports medicine. The role involves prospecting, driving product sales, managing customer accounts, and supporting surgical cases to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop targeted selling strategies
- Drive product sales across assigned territory by demonstrating products and ensuring proper utilization
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, and hospital stakeholders
- Provide on-site support during surgical cases and educate clinical staff through workshops
- Manage inventory, competitive threats, and territory planning to achieve balanced sales mix
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years professional experience, or equivalent combination
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel including weekends
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Data analysis experience and results-oriented mindset
- Independent work capability in complex organizational structures
