Role : Test Lead
Location: Chicago, Illinois (F2F Interview)
Key Responsibilities: Testing & Quality Assurance
• Lead and execute end-to-end manual testing activities across multiple SFCM modules.
• Review and analyze business and technical requirements to derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.Validate data integnty, transformations, and system integrations using complex SQL queries.
• Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing as part of the upgrade cycle. Test Management & Coordination
• Own and manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and test status reporting
• Coordinate closely with offshore QA teams, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with multiple business stakeholders, application teams, and end-to-end test teams to align on test objectives and outcomes.Ensure test evidence, metrics, and documentation meet project and compliance standards Automation & Technical Support (Good to Have)
• Support or contribute to test automation efforts using Java-based frameworks, LeanFT, or Selenium
• Identify regression candidates suitable for automation as part of the upgrade stabilization effort. Reporting, Risk & Escalation
• Provide clear, timely test status reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identity risks, dependencies, and quality gaps, escalating issues at the right time.
• Act as the single point of accountability onsite for testing-related communication and decision-making. Must-Have Skills
• Strong expertise in SQL (complex joins, data validation, backend testing).
• Extensive hands-on manual testing experience in complex enterprise applications
• Proven experience in test management and QA coordination across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business users, product owners, and technical teams. Experience in risk management, issue tracking, and escalation. Good-to-Have I Additional Advantages
• Experience supporting application upgrade or migration projects.
