We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! Looking for someone with leadership experience to be able to grow to Assistant Manager.

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.

Locations Available: 

• Bexley at WestRidge
• Bexley Lake Forest

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $19/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team)

What You'll Do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression and voice of our community. You'll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You'll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.

*We are currently looking for someone who can grow quickly with us towards Assistant Manager level. We are looking for solid work history with some management skills, strong drive and initiative and looking for a property management career.

• This is not a desk job — expect to be on your feet, engaging with prospects, walking the property, inspecting homes, and so much more.This job is about more than just sales – you will be expected to handle administrative tasks, address resident concerns, and help with property appearance.
