Bilingual Account Manager

Experienced sales professionals will find a full-time Bilingual Account Manager opportunity focused on driving growth and retention for a portfolio of mid-market services sellers, consulting in both English and Spanish to enhance their use of Square's ecosystem. Key responsibilities Own and maintain relationships across a portfolio of approximately 175 mid-market services sellers, driving account expansion and satisfaction Consult with business owners to identify opportunities for payments and business management solutions, ensuring customized onboarding experiences Negotiate contracts and advocate for seller needs with cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional client service Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in SaaS or business management software Full proficiency in Spanish Proven success in growing and retaining a book of business with a track record of over-performance on metrics Experience in the services industry is preferred but not required Technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering and translating customer needs into scalable solutions
