Job Title: Lifestyle Sales Representative - Roofing (No Experience Needed) Company: Dynasty Building Solutions Location: Tampa, FL (multiple territories available) Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Commission-Based Compensation: $50,000-$100,000+ per year
About Us:
Dynasty Building Solutions is a licensed general and roofing contractor in the state of Florida (CBC/CCC), specializing in storm restoration and insurance-funded roof replacements. We are known for building more than just roofs - we build people into top performers.
Position Overview:
We're looking for coachable, high-energy individuals who want more than a paycheck - they want a path to personal and financial growth. This is a door-to-door sales role that offers unlimited commission potential , flexible hours, and full support from day one.
Whether you're looking for full-time hustle or part-time income, this role puts the control in your hands.
What You'll Do:
- Door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Generate leads and set inspection appointments
- Help homeowners navigate insurance claims for roof replacements
- Work independently while enjoying support from our team and mentors
- Track results in CRM (we'll train you!)
