Facility Overview
- 221-bed acute care hospital
- Serves Seminole & West Volusia counties
- Level II Trauma Center
- Only full-service cardiovascular program in the region
- Services include:
- Open-heart surgery
- Interventional cardiology & electrophysiology
- Orthopedics & spine care
- Robotic surgery
- Inpatient rehab & imaging services
Role Summary
The Physical Therapist:
- Evaluates and treats patients with functional impairments
- Develops individualized care plans with physicians and care teams
- Provides hands-on therapeutic interventions
- Educates patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility tools
- Tracks progress and adjusts treatment plans
- Coordinates caseload and workflow priorities
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum stated)
- License: Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida)
- Experience:
- Open to all experience levels
- New grads accepted
Compensation & Incentives
- Pay Range:
- Min: $35.77/hr
- Max: $49.18/hr
- Weekend Differential: +$3/hour (Sat–Sun)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation: Case-by-case
