Job Family Business Systems Analysis Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do Gather and document business, operational, and reporting requirements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process reviews. Analyze operational workflows and identify modernization opportunities. Support Agile planning, backlog management, and requirements traceability. Assist with change management and process standardization initiatives. What You Will Need Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. US Citizenship is contractually required. Bachelors degree from an accredited university. Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of experience Business analysis experience. Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills. Experience working on technology modernization programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What Would Be Nice To Have CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification. Experience supporting cloud modernization programs. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile delivery tools. Knowledge of DevSecOps and IT Operations processes. The annual salary range for this position is $53,000.00-$88,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
