Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Actively Project Planning and Management - Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working sessions; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues, and perform delivery planning for assigned projects and work streams. Continually adapts to change and plans work based on available resources.
- Team Management - Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing impediments to their work, using resources effectively, improving capacity for project work, and mentoring and developing team members. Understand the team's skills and use them effectively.
- Product Owner Support - Support the Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
- Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for project management, including communication, planning, and collaboration.
- Team building - promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project/work stream and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- Client Implementation - Develop an implementation playbook that ensures flawless execution and implementation of new clients and programs.
- Experience in business analytics, product design, and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to balance empathy with accountability while navigating many different personalities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project), Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in project management, Agile program management, or related roles.
- Previous experience in pharmacy operations, client implementation, and project management is required.
- PMP or Agile certifications are strongly preferred, but not required.
- Experience in CareTend (Wellsky) strongly preferred.
