ProjectCleaner Duties&Responsibilities Report to Loveland main office daily to pick up a company vehicle, equipment, and supplies before reporting to their daily project assignment. Efficiently working throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including: stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more. Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers. Present with a friendly and positive attitude. Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines. Properly and safely use supplies and equipment t to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects. Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor. ProjectCleaner Qualifications &Requirements Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience OR heavy labor experience (construction, landscaping, etc.). Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred. Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time. Work well in a team setting. Punctual and Responsible. Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
