• l handoff.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, engineering design, contractor management, and manufacturin
• g systems.Experience developing project budgets, financial justifications, ROI analyses, and capital investment
• proposals.Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation, process improvement, and asset reliability p
• rinciples.Experience collaborating across Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Procurement, and Leaders
• hip teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, and project managem
• ent tools.Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solvi
