Together.**Summary**DLA Piper is seeking a highly sophisticated, **non-partner track Senior Attorney** to serve as a primary legal engine for complex client portfolios. This is not a traditional \"back-office\" role; it is designed for a dynamic practitioner who thrives on high-level execution and deeply embedding themselves within a client's operational DNA. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level private equity structuring and day-to-day corporate governance, acting as a versatile legal architect for sophisticated family offices and international entities. This position is open to our New York office.**Key Responsibilities******1. Complex Deal Structuring & Execution***** Overseeing the deal process with PE, family offices and sovereign funds across LP investments.* Overseeing specialist counsel focused on tax structures and financing agreements related to various acquisitions.**2. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
