We are proud to offer award-winning groceries, scratch-made prepared foods, specialty salads, gourmet sandwiches, curated catering, and wine and beer shop! We are expanding our customer experience team and looking for you!What You Will Do (Responsibilities)Lead Daily Operations: Maintain total compliance with store operating standards and management procedures.Support the Team: Assist the owner with hiring, onboarding, training, and monitoring employee performance.Delight Customers: Warmly greet guests, build local rapport, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.Manage Inventory: Keep shelves beautifully stocked and assist with inventory tracking and ordering.Build Culture: Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred (food or grocery background is highly preferred).Skills: Excellent communication, natural leadership abilities, and great team-building skills.Attributes: Professional, highly dependable, attentive to detail, and a true team player.Requirements: High school diploma/GED, 18+ years of age, and availability for some Saturday shifts.Why Youll Love Working With Us (Benefits & Perks)Great Earning Potential: Competitive base wage + lucrative tips from our loyal clientele. 401K Program and other allowances.
