Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Lynwood, IL
Job Summary
Seeking a Journeyman Electrician to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on industrial and commercial electrical systems. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring safety compliance, and working both independently and with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot wiring, panels, and electrical components
- Follow safety standards and company policies
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Travel locally to job sites and interact with customers
- Use hand and power tools effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of electrical experience
- Journeyman license or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, work at heights, and stand for long periods
