What You’ll Do

Meet With Interested Homeowners

• Conduct in-home consultations
• Walk the property and evaluate the project site
• Understand the homeowner’s vision, needs, and budget

Design Stunning Backyards

• Create custom pool designs using 2D/3D design software
• Present visual renderings that bring the project to life
• Integrate pools, spas, water features, and outdoor living elements

Guide Clients Through the Process

• Present renderings, proposals and pricing
• Answer questions and provide expert advice
• Build trust and close projects

Manage Your Sales Pipeline

• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in our enterprise CRM platform and construction-specific project management platform, ensuring every prospective client interaction is documented and actionable
• Report weekly to the VP of Sales on pipeline status, proposal volume, close rate, and forecasted revenue
• Coordinate with the production and project management team to ensure a seamless project handoff
• Meet established proposal turnaround standards to maintain pipeline velocity and close rate
• Re-engage dormant leads and past prospects on a defined follow-up cadence
• Attend weekly sales meetings prepared with updated pipeline data and deal level commentary

Typical earnings:

Year 1: $80K–$140K
Year 2+: $150K–$250K+

Compensation includes :

• $40K base salary
• Uncapped commissions
• Bonus Compensation

• Familiarity with construction CRM platforms is a significant advantage. Consultants who hit the ground running on our tech stack require less ramp time and less ramp time means faster commission earnings.

Training & Onboarding

We invest in your success from day one. New consultants go through a structured onboarding program designed to get you selling and designing with confidence as quickly as possible.

2D/3D Design Software Training Provided

• All new consultants receive hands-on training on our 2D/3D pool design and rendering platform
• Training provided on our enterprise-level customer relationship management (CRM) platform - the industry standard for tracking leads, managing client communications, and reporting on sales pipeline activity
• Full onboarding provided on our construction-specific project management platform - covering estimating, budgeting, proposals, scheduling, job costing, and client communication, all in one system
• You will learn to manage your pipeline and client activity in our CRM, and track project progress, proposals, and handoffs in our construction management platform -ongoing support available as your business grows
• Shadowing opportunities with senior consultants; coaching on objection handling, proposal delivery, and closing

• Structured introduction to Coastal Pools’ design consultant sales process, products, build quality, and design philosophy

• Take full ownership of your deals from first consultation through signed contract
• Show up to every appointment prepared, on time, and present Coastal Pools at the highest level
• Complete client handoffs to the production team with full documentation and zero information gaps
• Communicate proactively with management on deal status, client concerns, and pipeline shifts

✔ Valid driver’s license
