Are you inYour RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleProvide structured technical input to G2M strategies for Satcom and Telecom applications, and support cross-region alignment, while understanding system architectures including redundancy, reliability, and scalability requirementsDevelop and deliver scalable technical collaterals for Satcom and Telecom infrastructure power solutions, and support design-in / design-win activities with system-level proposals and customer engagementUnderstand customer system-level power architectures and sub-system development for Satcom & Telecom systems, and support regional implementations, while collaborating with divisional and regional teams on solution development and deploymentOrganize and support global 3rd-level technical support and escalation handling, and contribute to global system-level training initiatives and technical knowledge sharingConsolidate structured feedback on telecom trends (O-RAN, 6G, SATCOM convergence) and application needs to SMD / Division, and support innovation projects/next generation platforms in telecom and satellite communication systemsCollaborate with global teams to develop and implement technical solutions, and provide technical expertise to support customer engagements and sales activitiesOverall, provide technical leadership and support to drive business growth and success in the Satcom and Telecom markets, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologiesYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or power electronics industryProven experience in system-level applications, including hardware and/or software integration, with strong knowledge in Multi-phase Buck converter and its key components working theory and mechanismSolid knowledge of magnetics design (transformers, inductors), EMC/EMI considerations, and converter design, with experience in system-level modelling, simulation, and concept validation methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate system requirements into technical solutions, and excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment across divisions, regions, and sales, with self-driven, structured, and able to operate under ambiguity in a fast-evolving environmentWillingness to travel internationally (up to ~30–40%) to collaborate with global teams and stakeholdersOverall, a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to excel in a dynamic and international work environmentContact:Bruna Fernandes , LinkedIn#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
