Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, delivering services via telehealth platforms. You will engage with clients virtually, providing convenience and flexibility for both you and your patients. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their needs and establish individualized treatment goals tailored to their unique situations.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions and recovery strategies suited to each client.

• Lead individual counseling sessions, utilizing methodologies such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster client engagement.

• Provide crisis intervention in substance-related emergencies, offering immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your scope will primarily focus on individuals facing substance use disorders and their associated challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Georgia as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Prior experience providing individual and group therapeutic services in addiction treatment settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a non-judgmental and empathetic demeanor.

• Ability to adhere to professional boundaries and maintain confidentiality according to ethical guidelines.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
