This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want the freedom of private practice without the administrative burden. You’ll have access to a fully furnished office, a steady referral stream, supervision, and a collaborative team —so you can focus on delivering high-quality care. Position Overview Job Type: Part-Time, Fee-for-Service Schedule: Flexible (minimum of 6 client hours per week) Location: In-person in Maine (Biddeford or Portland) Benefits Eligibility: Medical benefits available for clinicians maintaining 20+ billable hours per week Key Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient therapy to a diverse client population Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Complete DEEP evaluations and/or provide services related to OUI requirements Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with internal team members and external providers Manage a self-directed caseload (minimum of 6 client hours/week) What We Offer Flexible schedule—build your caseload at your pace Professional, furnished office space provided Individual and group supervision available Established referral network Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into a full caseload Work Environment Primarily in-office in Maine Some telehealth opportunities based on client needs Who This Role is Ideal For Clinicians exploring private practice Conditionally licensed clinicians seeking supervision and experience Licensed clinicians looking to supplement income or build a full caseload Note: This is a part-time, flexible Fee-for-Service position. Requirements Licensure & Professional Standing: A current Maine license as an LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCPC, or LCSW is required. Must have no active complaints with your professional board or documented malpractice claims. Location & Work Environment: Must be a current Maine Resident or have the ability to reliably commute to and from our offices weekly. Ability to work primarily in our professionally furnished office , with some limited telehealth options available based on client needs. Expertise & Mindset: Demonstrated expertise in recovery-oriented services, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and co-occurring disorders. A commitment to professional growth ; you must be open to feedback and embrace the philosophy that we are all forever learners.
