LUXURY REMODELING CONSULTANT

Accent Florida Homes | Sarasota, FL

Compensation: Commission Only (1099 Independent Contractor)

Potential Earnings: $90,000 - $250,000+

About the Opportunity

Accent Florida Homes is seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our luxury remodeling business throughout Sarasota and the surrounding areas.

This is not a lead-taking position. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing relationships, generating opportunities, consulting with homeowners, preparing proposals, and closing remodeling projects.

Our projects include kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and other high-end residential remodeling projects.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, networking within the community, and creating opportunities through personal outreach and referral partnerships.

Construction or remodeling experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate on our products, services, and sales process.

What is required is a strong sales and business development background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with homeowners making significant investments in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities

• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, designers, and referral partners

• Conduct in-home consultations

• Identify client goals, priorities, budget, and design preferences

• Prepare project estimates and proposals

• Present proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process

• Follow up consistently and close new business

• Maintain organized records of prospects and opportunities

• Represent Accent Florida Homes professionally in the community

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline

• Professional appearance and presentation skills

• Comfortable discussing six-figure renovation projects

• Experience in remodeling, home improvement, real estate, design, luxury sales, or related industries is a plus

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position.

Because candidates are responsible for generating their own opportunities, the schedule is flexible and self-managed.

Training and support will be provided, but successful candidates should be comfortable prospecting, networking, and developing business independently.
