Clinical Associate

Role Description The Clinical Associate role is a full-time salaried position based in proximity to Jefferson City, MO, with work-from-home flexibility. The Clinical Associate will conduct PASRR-related field-based clinical assessments, review clinical documentation, and assist in determining appropriate levels of care and service needs for individuals served by state human service programs. Daily responsibilities include performing structured clinical evaluations, gathering and verifying medical and psycho-social information, and documenting assessment findings in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, communicating with providers, and utilizing computerized tracking systems to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records. The Clinical Associate will also support quality assurance activities, participate in training as needed, and contribute to ongoing improvement of assessment protocols and workflows. Qualifications RN clinical license, with experience in behavioral health, long-term care, or related fields. Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly document clinical findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Research and information gathering to support accurate clinical assessments and evidence-based recommendations. Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Healthcare, with experience applying clinical concepts in community or facility-based settings. Ability to manage time independently, and use electronic health records or assessment platforms. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a healthcare, social work, psychology, or related discipline preferred.
