As a part of this dynamic and growth-oriented company, you'll be joining a team that is passionate about advancing industrial equipment technology and helping customers achieve their goals with the best solutions available.What You Will Get To Do:Receive/Review project and product design requirements from Project Engineering (PE).Submit concept design to PE for approval and releaseComplete detail design and submit to PE for approval and release Bill of MaterialsSub-Assembly and Detail DrawingsDesign calculationsComplete project/product documentation and submit to PE for approvalDemonstrate integrity in all working relationshipsCommunicate and cooperate with all other departments in the organizationContinually improve personal skills through trainingConstantly improve the organization by innovating and implementing new ideasWhat Will Make You Successful:Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)2 years machine design experience2 years Solidworks experienceGood mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine design and manufacturing processesAbility to apply mechanical engineering standards and techniquesStrong communication skillsKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsWillingness to travel on a limited basis as requiredPhysical DemandsRegularly required to talk or hear.Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Required to view near and distant objects.
