What You’ll Bring Loves helping people and creating positive experiences Takes pride in their work and follows through on commitments Brings a positive attitude and is willing to jump in where needed Works well with others and values teamwork and communication Thrives in a fast‑paced environment Has a passion for delivering great food and outstanding service What You’ll Do Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest Take accurate phone, online, and in‑person orders Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift) Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds Strong communication and customer service skills Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Marco’s?
