In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact during assigned shifts, helping to maintain smooth workflows, address issues as they arise, and keep the team focused on shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and help ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members during the shift.
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage as needed.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and service standards throughout the shift.
• Address routine questions, concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Help train new team members and reinforce company procedures and expectations.
• Communicate updates, priorities, and key information between team members and management.
• Support a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate leader when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or shift-based role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and support a team.
• Comfortable resolving issues professionally and calmly.
• Basic computer or system proficiency, depending on the work environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or operations-focused environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling, reporting, or inventory processes.
• Prior training experience or demonstrated ability to coach others.
